Our latest improvement to our CNC machining center includes the Doosan NHP 5000, a 4-axis CNC horizontal mill. This machine is equipped with a 50hp spindle and dual pallets to provide outstanding productivity while ensuring impeccable accuracy. The NHP 5000 operates at speeds up to 15,000 RPM and processes both small batch volumes as well as large lots with exceptional reliability.

Besides the NHP 5000, our other CNC mill is the Doosan DVF 6500 (5-axis), allowing for simultaneous multi-dimensional milling to create much more complex designs. This advanced machine elevates our milling capabilities, allowing us to tackle even the most complex projects with precision.

The PUMA 2600SYB II: A New Era in CNC Turning Services

Building on our advanced milling capabilities, the PUMA 2600SYB II represents our commitment to excellence in CNC turning services. This high-performing Y-axis horizontal turning center is built to maintain accuracy over time and produce exceptional surface finishes.

With a powerful spindle speed of 4500 rpm and the ability to feed 4.05-inch bar stock through the main spindle, the PUMA 2600SYB II excels at machining complex cylindrical parts with pinpoint precision. The PUMA 2600SYB II’s fast turret indexing and quick traverse speeds cut down on non-cutting time so your projects finish quickly and with first-rate quality.
